Your Duties

☞ Welcome and make feel our Chinese guests as at home

☞ Deliver the on board service reporting to the cabin managers facilitate the relationships among crew and guests, supporting the crew act in order to avoid mis-understandings and facilitate cultural comprehension

☞ Promote Alitalia services with Chinese guests and inspire travel reasons

☞ Support onboard sales

☞ Translate the onboard announcements

☞ Supporting the crew in every situations

Requirements

☞ Female, maximum 30 years old, good attire and stylish, no visible tattoo

☞ College degree or above

☞ Chinese mandarin mother tongue and very good knowledge of English language

☞ high moral values

☞ Communication, teamwork and guest focus

☞ Good knowledge of Italian culture

☞ Previous experience as Inflight Interpreters or in hospitality industries will be a plus

☞ Swimming capability

The following will be appreciated

☞ Cabin crew certification

☞ Knowledge of Italian or other foreign languages
