一、应聘条件

1. 年龄在20－28岁之间的未婚男、女青年（以1989年12月1日至1997年12月1日之间出生的为范围）。 
2. 具有高中以上学历（欢迎2018年应届大专、本科毕业生参加）。 
3. 具有良好的英语水平（相当于CET-4级英语），另会日语更佳（日语非必要条件）。 
4. 身高在160厘米以上，戴隐型眼镜时矫正视力达到1.0，无纹身，身体条件符合空乘要求。 
5. 择优录用。
6. 录用后公司计划在2018年4月左右安排赴东京培训（届时需要个人护照）。

二、应聘流程

1．从http://www.sfsecc.com/网站下载报名表； 
2．填好后即发送到 hzm@sfsecc.com 邮箱报名，同时附上电子版报名照和近期全身正面生活照各一张（非艺术照）； 
3．选中参加面试的人员名单：将在2018年1月期间发送到您的邮箱或手机，同时在http://www.sfsecc.com/ 网站和公众微信上发出通知，届时报名者请提前扫描公司二维码

4．面试日期：面试日期将安排在2018年1月份，具体时间将提前通知；

5．面试地点：上海（具体地址会邮件通知）

三、初试环节（第一面）

初试一般情况下分为1-2天进行面试，个人的具体面试日期由SFSECC安排后发布。考察形式通常有介绍组员/小组讨论/问答，通常每5-8人一组不等。面试分两个房间同时面试，每个房间四个考官。

2017年5月上海站的初试形式是介绍你自己的partner，2-3分钟讨论，然后用英文介绍自己的partner，介绍完后考官可能会单独提问个别考生。

1.日本航空的面试是按照面试前收到的邮件上的时间进行面试，参加面试的小伙伴们可以早一些出门，及早查好路线，日本人是非常注意礼仪的。

2.初试环节要保持好的grooming，以及和有亲和力的沟通方式。

四、复试环节（第二面）

复试一般情况下是每4-6人一组，四至五个考官。在门外候场时会给每人发一张英文卡片，例如感谢信，飞机延误道歉声明等，读完之后，再进去复试。

进去之后，首先进行简单的自我介绍，然后坐下回答问题。考官会先要求每个人针对卡片发表自己的感想，之后再会问三个问题左右，有时是候选人轮流作答，有时是考官指定考生回答。

✔ HOPEWAY TIPS

1.会日语的小伙伴们最好在复试前稍微做一些准备,考官通常会要求会日语的考生用日语做自我介绍或者回答一些问题。

2. 注意面试礼仪，进去房间时可以点头向考官问好，回答问题时注意保持微笑，结束时可以鞠躬致谢但要自然，还小卡片给考官时要用双手，并说谢谢等。

五、终选环节（第三面）

正式终面前会有一份简单的问卷，主要是行为测试以及判断对错，比如是否可以代购，和偶像拍照发朋友圈之类的问题，对最终结果不起决定性影响。

终面的考官基本都是日航高管，通常考官由五名考官组成，四名日本籍，一名中国籍。考察形式为问答形式，每4-5人一组。先是简单的自我介绍，然后考官提问，候选人依次回答，问题可能是一样的，也可能中途换题。每组可能会被问到4-5个问题。

日航的终面形式和问题和复试较相似，大家可以放在一起准备，只是在终选的时候题量会比复试多一些，每个考生回答的时间会长一些，所以建议大家做好问题的充分准备。

六、体检环节

体检时需要注意视力是查C字表，有散光的同学一定要提前配好眼镜，也可以前一天去眼镜店测一下C字表，另外女生最好要穿个打底的内衣。
