复试环节

面试形式：笔试+小组讨论

①笔试环节：

1.英语测试：

（1）听力: 包括图片题、近义句题、听对话题、听短文题

（2）词汇: 给一个单词，选出四个选项中意思相近的那个，有10道。

（3）阅读: 7篇，难度是递进的。

2.数学测试:

题目是5道应用题,中文试卷。

例:客人买了一支口红，一个手表，给你了200美元，你要找他多少日元？（货品的单价和外币换算汇率题目中会列出）

Hopeway Tips:

全程的笔试都是要听录音的指示完成，所以每一个环节都是有时间限制的，另外考完以后没有给多余的时间填答题卡，所以必须做一个填一个。大家做笔试时注意时间的把控。

②Group Discussion小组讨论环节：

每组7—8个人，每个房间有三位日本考官，考官们会先进行自我介绍，然后候选人站一排，依次进行自我介绍。介绍完后大家围坐在一个会议桌边，就考官给的一个问题进行讨论。考官会发两张纸和两支铅笔，便于在讨论中给大家做记录，讨论持续大概20分钟，最后小组推荐一个人做总结。

2.If you were given one million yuan to develop of a small village, list three most important things, and give reasons.

3.Please elect two people from the six, who is most suitable for nursing？

4.Plan a birthday party for an old man about 70 years old.

Hopeway Tips:

1.整个讨论过程中，考官会站在不同的位置观察每个人的表现。所以大家记得一定微笑，表情不要僵硬。

2.讨论的时候自己一定要抓住机会适当发言，不要一言不发，不管多少都要说一些自己的观点。

3.记得结束面试后要把椅子放好，和考官道别，考官总是很喜欢有礼貌的候选人。

终选环节

面试形式：自我介绍+聊天形式回答问题

2.Why do you want to join ANA airline？

3.Why do you want to be a cabin crew？

4.What advantage do you have that you feel would help you to be a cabin crew member?

5.What do you think of the working atmosphere of ANA ？

7.What do you think that you should pay attention to when you work with Japanese？

8.If there is a  child don't listen to you on the plane, how will you cope with?

9.To be a cabin crew need good physical strength, how about your health?

10.Describe a challenging thing that you met recently.

12.How do you deal with criticism?

13.Tell us about a time when you solved a customer problem?

14.If you fail this time,what kind of work will you do?

Hopeway Tips:

Final前要把常问问题准备一遍做到胸有成竹，Final的时候要表现真诚，注重和考官的eye contact，还有要一直保持大大的微笑哦！
